Indicators of sustainable development in Belgium are evolving unfavourably, with well-being reaching its lowest point in 20 years

Our colleagues of the Federal Planning Bureau (FPB) have reassessed Belgium’s progress on sustainable development. It shows that our country is on track to meet less than a third of its sustainable development goals. Remarkably, well-being in our country in 2023 is the lowest it has been in almost 20 years.
